Pro-Forma Invoice Turnaround Time
Upon submitting your consignment requirements through this terminal, our physical trading desk assesses terminal batch allocations and issues an official signed pro-forma invoice within 2 to 4 business hours.
Batch Laboratory Assay (COA) Assurance
Every road tanker discharge or pipeline allocation is backed by a verifiable Certificate of Analysis (COA) assayed by independent accredited testing agencies, including SGS Kenya and KEBS.
Settlement & Trade Finance Instruments
We accept RTGS bank transfers, verified Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LCs), and structured 30-day revolving commercial credit accounts for vetted corporate off-takers and government procurement bodies.
Cross-Border Customs Bonds & ECTS
We execute all transit consignments under active transit bond securities covering Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, South Sudan, and Tanzania with Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS) seal tamper monitoring.
